The introvert is usually slower in talking about his mind because they carefully process the data before sharing it with others. The intuitive thinker listens to the subconscious and processes data more deeply than those who trust their direct experiences to make decisions. The final part of the INTJ personality type, the character trait of judgment, is suitable for designers who need structure, planning and organization to succeed. Although the introverted personality type is most prevalent among designers, extroverts have excelled both in web design and – with talents such as the ability to speak in front of crowds or connect with people around them. These skills enable extroverts to succeed, while introverts are often overlooked.
The extroverted, intuitive, sentient, judgmental type (ENFJ)
Two other personality types tied for first place among designers; both contain the extroverted trait, moving the common belief that the best web designers need to adapt to work for themselves, independent type, and born to be an entrepreneur. The web design allows extroverts to thrive in an atmosphere that contains new ideas, external energy and a gift to know what others want.
Extroverts do well as web designers, as they make decisions based mainly on social considerations, which puts them in a prime position to understand the needs of web users. The sentimental part OF THE enfj personality type lets you express emotions and listen to your heart and the feelings of others to make decisions.
While introverts rely on data and logic, extroverts are more willing to base their decisions on what they feel. This is a useful feature in modern design, where websites are constantly trying to achieve organic search engine optimization (SEO) and users ‘ interest in spreading natural brand awareness.
